According to OMDREB (Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board) for the month of February 2011, there were 239 sales reported in Oakville, with an average price of $642,729, selling in the average of 31 days. The number of sales is down for 21 per cent but the price is Up for 12 per cent, compared to the same month last year.

Most of the properties sold in Oakville last month were detached homes in price range from $400,000 - $800,000.

Houses sold for over $1 000,000 were present too - 16 per cent of detached homes transactions in February 2011.

 As for the Semi detached houses and Town Houses, there were 54 sales with most of them in a price range from $300,000 to $400,000.

Condominium sales were present too. 31 sales were reported with most of them in a price range from $200,000-$400,000.
