According to Toronto Real Estate Board Statistics, through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) in January 2010 there were reported 4,986 transactions. Compared to the last year's 2,670 transactions the sale increase is outstanding.
The average home selling price in January 2010 climbed 19 per cent to $409,058, compared to 343,632 in the same month last year.
As for the West District in January 2010 numbers are also increased and are clibing steadily for the last 4 yrs.
From the numbers bellow it is visible that this January numbers are better than the number of sales and average price from the "Famous 2007" .
